I don't know what to do. Should i see a lawyer first. What are the laws in MA regarding distribution of property, assets etc. I am on SSDi for advanced degenerative disc disease. Am I entitled to alimony. Can I keep his medical insurance. I am currently going through rehab to get a lot of my function back...I hope.
