Hello there Margot and a Happy New Year to you and yours. I am Bertie Williams and your message tickled me. When I started getting my team together I ended up micro-managing also but we also had some hilarious times. I accepted whatever, whoever and whenever and developed quite an interesting pot of stew. IT RAN EVERYBODY CRAZY! I still use some of those same people but can you imagine this? They all decided that they liked me still and want to stay on board. So I looked at it from all angles and informed them that I can still use them but in different areas, at different times and away from certain ones. They accepted that and I love them dearly. But it certainly brings back memories.
