motivational tips
I am very inspired by Susan's post, and have been struggling to lose the weight I've put on over the past few years. I would rather work out at home as well, instead of spending money on a gym membership. However, keeping the motivation is a challenge for me. I do well the first couple of days then laziness gets the best of me again. Any tips on how to stay motivated???
