CreativitytotheMAX
CreativitytotheMAX is my blog. Max is my dog. Actually it's his blog and I am his Human.
The blog's focus is on Therapeutic Creative Expression and it's emotional, mental and spiritual value for wellbeing, health and healing.
Both personally (diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1996, having a pacemaker for multiple heart arrhythmias) and professionally (a psychotherapist since 1986) I've experienced the healing power of all three: Max, Therapeutic Creative Expression and laughter.
To that end there are tutorials on journaling, collage, scribbling & doodling etc.for stress reduction and health, other people's creative expressions (visual art, journals, poetry, prose, photography etc) to help inspire, network and share information about this wild, weird and amazing world we live in.
