- Description
- I just recently went full-time with my Wedding and Lifestyle Photography business. It's very exciting, but I have lost a lot of day-to-day social interaction with friends as a result of working from home. While I would love to network on this website, I would really like to find friends. Many of my closest friends are military wives and live all over the world - I am the "central hub", if you will, for all of them upon returning home to visit family. It would be great to find a connection with someone in the area.
My husband and I were just recently married on November 26, 2010. We would love to find other couples to enjoy adventures with. As a couple (and solo) we enjoy cooking, bowling, playing our xbox kinnect, doing outdoor activities like attending plays in the park, strolling around local fairs and markets, hiking, cycling, disc golf, golfing. I am a very light drinker and my husband is over 100 days sober intentionally...clubbing and spending our Saturday mornings nursing a hangover is no longer in our daily repertoire.. We love life and would love to share that joy with others!
Personally, I love to crochet, knit and would really like to be taught how to sew. I have a brand new sewing machine I have yet to open. I'm a huge bargain and thrift-store shopper and like to make things from junk. I am a Christian - I love God - and I do talk about my faith. As a former Buddhist, I understand the intimate relationship with faith and am not the kind of person to evangelize and preach to others who don't wish to hear my feelings on such topics. It would be nice, though, to find a person whom I can share those conversations with.
