I've just finished with a really great book, Sundays at Tiffany's, by James Patterson. He's one of my favorites, and this book is a must read!

I'm reading an older book called Cold Sassy Tree by Olive Ann Burns. It is about a town in Georgia called Cold Sassy in the 1900's. I am really enjoying the language of the times and about the ways of the people then. Very interesting!

Tip: Check what fresh herbs your local grocery store has. Start with one or two. I began with Rosemary: Rosemary is extremely high in iron, calcium, and Vitamin B6. Use in Pasta, Potatoes, Bread, Meats.
