Tweens and Teens

We will use this term to describe ages 10-13, which are generally the preadolescence years. It can vary according to sources, with some having girls between 10-12 and boys between 11-13

Our goal is to provide you everything here you need to navigate through the tween years. Some of the topics we will be covering are how to deal with situations in school and helping them become confident in who they are.
