Have you ever looked down at your slender legs one day and noticed some unsightly blue veins? Yah, they look even more prominent when you don’t have a tan right? Yes, indeed, those are varicose veins. Did you know that varicose veins are actually a disease? Varicose veins can result in “vein clotting, and rupture.” Well, let me not frighten you with the details. Varicose veins can actually disappear if you use natural remedies. Let me show you how:
1) Take a break! Preferably with some support stockings. Rest and put your legs up so that the blood can flow back into your larger veins to pump through your heart instead of pooling in your lower legs.
2) Put the high heels away for another day. They will just give you more discomfort.
3) Don’t wear tight clothing that pushes all the body from your upper body to your legs. Remember, gravity wreaks havoc on your legs anyway.
4) If you are overweight, start exercising, it’s better for you any way.
5) Take up to 600 mg of horse chestnut or butcher’s broom- two herbs
6) A high fiber diet
7) I’ve saved the best for last. Blueberries! They repair damaged proteins in the blood vessel walls and they have worked for many!
This concludes our remedy list for healing varicose veins. Remember to ask your physician before changing your diet, changing your attire or taking any supplements. Hope this helps you, and if it does, please let me know. (^-^)
See you next week! Remember to eat healthy, exercise, and enjoy your natural remedies.
