We are saddened to hear that Jenny McCarthy’s eight year old son,  Evan was hospitalized this weekend after suffering a seizure. He has been suffering a high fever since his admittance to the hospital.

Jenny took her son Evan, who suffers from autism to the hospital after he became ill on Sunday afternoon. The38-year-old former Playboy model tweeted Monday that he was still suffering from a high temperature and thanked fans for their messages of support.

One of her messages: “Ugh. Evan had a seizure. We’re in the ER. He’s doing better. Just laying next to him.

We hope that Evan recovers soon. Jenny and Evan have had quite a struggle throughout his lifetime and she has proven herself such a loving and devoted mom!!
