I would set up a link on my website and the hostess can direct her guests to visit the site and select the link with her party name and shop. When guests shop from this link their shopping totals (not incl shp&tx) are combined at the end of the party (normally two weeks), if the total is $150 or more, the hostess will receive free product(s) as well as 1/2 price item(s). When the hostess initially decides to have virtual party, I will mail brochures and scent samples for her to keep. With these she can take them to work, church, etc. and share with friends/family. Evites are also sent out to anyone the hostess wants to invite via email. A virtual party is a really easy way to earn product.
