Hello all you Awesome Stars out there just waiting to be shine! I was thinking about you, your business and your dreams this morning and wanted to share a few thoughts with you....

I know from my own experience that the biggest impediment blocking most people from being great leaders is the lack of a clear vision for them to serve.

Are you clear on your vision for your business? Are you crystal clear?

This is the ideal time of the year to take some 'THINKING TIME" and get clear on where you are going and why you are going there. Sit in your favorite chair, get some quiet time, and quiet your mind, have a peaceful environment and take 20-30 minutes to think about your business and what you want from it. Then work to achieve it.

A compelling vision is the hallmark of a high performing organization. It answers the question, "What's the point".

You have to be clear on the BIG PICTURE for you and your family otherwise you are directionless and your business will suffer. Vision generates tremendous energy, excitement and passion because people feel they are making a difference. They know what they are doing and why. There is a strong sense of trust and respect. Your vision provides guidance for daily decisions so that you are aiming at the right target.

Then your actions need to be congruent with your vision. A magnificent vision articulates people's hopes and dreams, touches their hearts and spirits, and helps them see how they can contribute. It starts everything moving in the right direction...

Let's get it on. You so deserve success! Say to yourself if it is to be it is up to me!
