With holding support will just give her the ammo to make life even more difficult. Take the high road, do the right thing and keep fighting. I will pray that all works out well. Sometimes fathers are treated like second class citizens when custody is involved. Good luck and blessings!

I know denying support is not the answer, but maybe suspend it or something..getr her attention and let her know it's not solely up to her to deny my husband access to his daughter. I even filled out application for access and visitation from the child support website..they haven't contacted me yet

That is so sad!! The courts don't mandate visits? I do agree that if you are a good dad and are denied visitation there should be a way to resolve it. On the other hand, denying a child support for the actions of the mother is perhaps not the best solution either.

Shawnyha! I do know what you mean! We try very hard to be supportive of everyone that we can!

Ok another issue..we pay over 800 a month in child support between 2 of my husbands kids...we had to go to court to get visitation for one and the other is still not answering phone calls, and then when we do get therough she changes her number. Child Support acts like they can't give us any info is\t's pathetic all they care about is collecting money. The case workers act so nasty as if my husband is a deadbeat. yes, he has arrears, but he has been current for the past 4 years and we send money towards the arrears every month. I just think there ought to be a law that you visitation or contact then no nothing else. Especially if you have a good guy. The child doesn't deserve this!! ~PISSED OFF~

I am so upset about what I more than likely shouldn't be..Ok so I support everybody from Mary Kay, Avon, Traci lynn Jewelry, Fundraisers for everyones child for school, cds, dvds, oils etc. and no one supports me..not so much as having a party. I am too dusgusted on the money I have spent (which I could of invested in my own stuff) I don't support people for them to support me, but you would think that somebody would. I mean I have bought hundreds of dollars of avon for sure...gracious pray for me that  I don't go off on the next person that hands me a catalog!!
