hello ladies- i m so pleased to be part of this group and organization. I used to be a Mary Kay consultant. My problem is keeping motivated and discipling myself. so yes i m hoping to learn alot from all you wonderful women.

Sometimes in life you just need to pray!  For everything else there is Avon's footsie cures to make me feel better!  :)  Also a great back massage always does the trick!  :)

Stress is just a state of mind..never allow it to be permanent..just let it go

I have hectic workload sometimes,but i give myself little 10 mins break to breathe...

in free time you should do what you love...

spend daily atleast 5 mins alone in peace..

you will get energy to handle that stress for day

 

after long week,in weekend I feel fresh air,see cute birds and and try to be with nature...

Its so peaceful..believe me nature is best healer...just try it out
