Hydrogen Peroxide:

Dr. Oz's website says you can use hydrogen peroxide to disinfect kids items and toys. You put it in a spray bottle and wipe it down.

I heard that hydrogen peroxide loses it's effectiveness when it's exposed to light, that's why it comes in that dark bottle. And that you have to leave it on for (15?) minutes. I recently found it at Walmart in a dark spray bottle! Too awesome! Great for spraying on counter tops, table, door handles, highchair trays, and I just used it yesterday to spray it on a cut my son had - didn't have to hurt him by touching the cut to put the peroxide on :)

I also soak toothbrushes in it. I put the toothbrush in a shot glass and fill it with the peroxide. Then I put in the cabinet to keep it out of the light.

Cleaning solution from Dr. Oz's website. I love it! Really inexpensive, works well and it smells good.

2 C. water (I use filtered)
1 T borax
3 T vinegar
1 T dish liquid
1 drop essential oil (I use peppermint)

Just put it all in a spray bottle. If you don't have a funnel, you can cut of the top of a water or soda bottle and use that instead.
