I must admit, I have read a text while driving and at times, when the traffic is "slow" I would text one back..my thinking was, "oh, it's just 3 words, and I know the keys.." yeah, okay!  But, one day someone almost hit ME!!  AFter I said some words, I looked over...he was texting.  Another time,  I was driving behind this girl, and she was going fast, then slow then swayed off to the right and back...I pulled up next to her, just to pass her and yep...TEXTING!  

 

It is finally banned in many states which is a simple answer to a huge issue, but I am here to let you know, there IS A SOLUTION!!!  Some people can't and won't stop communicating, it's a fact.  I still see people doing it.

I have discovered a new technology that allows you to text, listen and reply to emails while keeping your hands ON THE WHEEL.

I've never done it and won't talk on the phone while driving either. They can leave a message and when I get to where I am going then I might call/text back.

Thanks Toriana!! I am so happy to see that there are others that do NOT text while driving. What I would like to see are some that are now getting on the bandwagon that were texting before. I was one of them:(

You know, Toriana, you obviously care so much about other people to search for 30 MINUTES to send your message to others about how dangerous it is to text while driving. Thank you so much for caring about our Divas! I am sure your message will be heard.

HONK IF YOU LOVE JESUS, TEXT IF YOU WANT TO MEET HIM!

I have no problem doing this just to get the point across.

Couple months ago my auntie send me email with a picture of 2 people in a car and this it what it said " Honk if you love Jesus... text while driving if you'd like to meet him" I laugh a lot once I read it then I was like people would think I was mean if I made some t shirt with that saying. I like it but never made up the t shirt. It took me 30 minutes to find the email. I was trying to upload the picture but words came out so I just type what it said.

Good for you Toriana! Isn't it great to be in control? I am not a slave to my phone either! So many people out there allow their phones to rule their lives. Everyone has the power to control when and where it is appropriate to use their cell phones. I am happy to hear you are the ruler of yours!

I have never done it. I block it from my phone. I do not even have camera on my phone. I have it for emergency. I like for people to call me and leave a message and I will get back and they know if it's important to call me several times and I will pick up to see what the emergency is all about.

The life you save maybe your own. I agree with you Susan
