This group is not so much about how much weight you loose or to make you feel bad if you get busy and forget to workout, it is to help encourage you so that when we fall off a little we get right back up and keep going. Changing your lifestyle to be more healthy is hard and having a support system is important. Feel free to boast what you did to get toward your goal or list any obstacles you might have. this is my breakfast this morning, made my video this morning weighing in. I already lost 1 pound this year

So far had a great Body By Vi Peanut butter and Banana shake. So yummy and I love how I feel after. Hoping to get to the gym later to do at least 30 on the elipitical trainer.
