Because Divacafe is a networking community, you have to be prepared that members will be sending emails to invite you to their groups, events or just friendly chat.

There are unfortunately some people that will abuse their privileges with spam and send out mass emails daily. If this occurs please email me at divacafe@hotmail.com and I will deal with it immediately.

There are also ways to limit the amounts of emails you receive. One way is to "unfriend" anyone who you feel is blasting your inbox. You can do this by clicking into their profile and on the left side of their profile page, below their image and the share links, there is a Remove Friend link. Simply click it and they will not be able to send you an email directly unless you have joined one of their groups.

To stop receiving emails from a certain area on Divacafe, you can go HERE to control what emails you receive. Just remember, you might miss something you want to know about if you do this, but you can always add it back!! This area is found under Settings  at the top right of the site and then select Email.
