Want to share an example of how to talk back to your inner critic using very simple therapeutic creative expression.  This picture is drawn by a young woman who has Meniere's disease.

Sharing my 26 ideas to reduce stress during the holidays.  Some are tongue-in-cheek -- but in reality they'd work!  Let me know if you try any!

Hiya fellow Divas-

I'm always working on me and the different ways I can improve myself so I can add to the positivity in the world. :)

My friend and I co-wrote a 30 Days to Better Self Care email program which we're excited to share with everyone and anyone who is looking for more skills and tips on taking better care of themselves. It's 30 days long which includes 14 emails. At the end you will no longer receive emails. You're information is also kept confidential. Wouldn't it be great to feel glorious about yourSELF?

Here's the link if you'd like more tips (and maybe just reminders) of how to make Self Care a priority:

I look forward to joining you on your journey!

Thanks a bunch!

"You control your future, your destiny. What you think about comes about. By recording your dreams and goals on paper, you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be. Put your future in good hands ~ your own." ~ Mark Victor Hansen

It really does help ~ we all Think about our dreams and goals ~ but actually writing them down and repeating them everyday can make a Huge difference.

Hope you are all having a wonderful day!!

through many tough times...at 42 i can say...I AM STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS!!!  the past few years have been AWFUL and i have become lost.  a breakup after 9 years, being alone in a strange state, a health issue that leaves me unable to work for the last 2+ years, my mom died a year ago, all my ideas never quite being able to work out...

I NEED HELP!!!  i am willing to take all sorts...

Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude.
