Hi everyone,

Working out sometimes can be a little frustrating if we're not exactly in the mood. God, lifting all that weight to have actual results in the end of months sounds SO boring. I'd like to know what's on your iPod's/Mp3Players that get your mood up there and you feel incredibly energized to work out. So, let me have it, tell me your opinions!

I personally love the strong beats, and I often put some Black Eyed Peas and some Electronic music because they're quite fast in their beats and it gets me very focused. I intend to start running in the morning so having more options of music to listen to will be just great.

What do you listen to when you're working out?!

I listen to television. I don't normally watch t.v. and that is one of the times that I can catch up:) I do have a new workout dvd called Brazilian Butt LIft and so I have to follow that when I am not on my exercise machine:)
Brazilian Butt Lift? I'll be sure to check that one out, haven't heard of it yet. :)
Oh my, I need some results as quick as possible. I gained over 7 pounds in the Holidays, ugh. lol

Watching TV is a nice things too, but I guess I'm a more of an outdoors runner!
Lately I've been really into some HipHop and Pop songs to run. Beyoncé is always on my iPod. ;)
