in my practice, I see all too often women that put EVERYONE, AND EVERYTHING ahead of themselves, to the point that they are left with absolutely nothing! no energy, no focus, no drive, NOTHING!

I provide therapeutic massage to athletes, injuries, and for people that realize that they NEED bodywork to stay healthy.
