I will start with mine. In Jan 08, a friend of mine, who was the wife of my coworker passed away from brain cancer. She was in hospice and one night I called her husband to find out how she was. He started crying.... I swear to you .. I thought he said " Jane died"... I even repeated this to my coworkers who were standing close by. Well.... I was so concerned about him that I went to his house after work.

When I arrived at his home, he told me... "Jane is not dead". " My neighbor took my dog to have her put down". At least it broke up the gravity of the night for him and made him laugh.

Now how did I make such a huge mistake such as this.. you might ask me right. Well, it is a mystery to me. I was in horror after hearing the "good news" about her not being dead yet!! Sounds warped doesn't it. I left his home and immediately called my coworker who broke out in laughter..

That made me feel even more stupid. He was supposed to " Spread the Word" about her still being alive. Well, not everyone heard about it and the next day our coworkers approached my poor dear friend with condolences.

I have SO many! The one that comes to mind first is - years ago, when I was talking with some friends in school outside; one of their Mother's - (I always capitalize "Family"-type names); came up to us; who I'd only met once. She said, "How are you?" - but I thought that she said, "Who are you?" - So I answered with "Debbie Badt"...I was razzed about that one for awhile! lol
That is funny.. very easy to do so don't feel too blond!!

I have a good one. One of my best friends, Maria, and I were driving in the car on the way back from one of her friends' houses. We're listening to the radio. and it's that song, "I can see that my love for you will still be strong, now that the boys of summer have gone." an old 80's sounding rock song.
After singing along with the song I turn down the radio, and I ask Maria very quizzically, "What are boys?"
Maria responds, "What do you mean, what are boys? Jennifer?," puzzled expression.
Then I say, "Boys!", and then I spell it out, "B- O- I - S- E?, what?"........, "Oh, oh my gosh! Boys! duh!"

lmao. oh man, i am blonde.
I was at Walmart with my best friend visiting my boyfriend at work. We went over to the toy section and there were those big bouncy balls that come in different colors and there was a HUGE sign that said "$2.50". I ran around the cage the balls were in and started screaming "OH MY GOD! I WANT ONE!" Then came around to where the price sign was and said "HOW MUCH ARE THEY!!" (It was at my eye level.) My boyfriend burst out laughing and my best friend pointed to the sign 3 inches away from my face. I had that whole section of the store in tears.
I have quite a few of those "blond moments". :0) I do not know who or what got me started on this, but ever since I was a little girl I would make a wish on the first star I would see in the sky at night. When I was in high school, my best friend lived down the street. One night I was walking home and I saw a star...I had to make my wish, so I closed my eyes, which was a bad idea in the first place, since I was walking in the middle of the road, and I ran in to a parked car. I was all alone, but I did embarrass myself. I still wondered if anyone saw me. Maybe if I would have set of a car alarm!
i did that!!! only when i was making a wish, i walked head on into a stop sign!

Hey Divas!! Have you ever put your underwear on sideways??? I have:)
OMG! I read this, and thought of this past Sunday for sure. So, i had a semi-rough morning. I was getting ready to go to my cousins house for her twins 2nd birthday party. Well when I got there, right off the bat my blonde moment started. It was actually more like a blonde 20 minutes. lol Ok, so usually I take the keys out of the ignition, grab my purse, get outa the car, lock the door, stick my keys in my purse. Well Sunday, I left my purse in my car, and just carried the presents inside the house. Seeings how I didn't have my purse, once I relized I had locked it in the car, I started to panic and thought I had locked my keys in the car too! So my cousin, and her dad tried helping figuring out a way to get inside my car, and after like 15 minutes of attempting to problem solve. I said screw it and went back inside to just call for my spare key, so that I could just enjoy the rest of the party. Well I guess with all the caios and talking to everyone as I entered the house, NOONE including myself, saw the fact that I had stuck the keys on the table NEXT to the phone. So when I looked down to grab the phone I knocked the keys on the floor, and then screamed "I found them".
Talk about being life of the party.....my familys awesome and I love them to death, but they will NEVER let me live this down!
