Its also important that you find out exactly WHAT your body needs before filling it up with nutrients and suppliments .. that you may not.. or maybe you do need. However now that we have a way to find what each one of us.. individually.. need, we should use that tool to our benefit. What one may need, another may not.

So why not make the choices easier??!! Take the Priva Test - if you have never heard of this before.. its because it USE TO BE too expensive for the masses. NOW all that has changed and the Priva Test is available and cost effective to us all.

This means, you take the test... its sent to the largest lab in the USA (included in the price) where it is evaluated and then the results are sent to YOU... this test is amazing!! I've seen some come back where one man had such great nutrition and healthy habits... he only had to supplement very little!!! And then there is ME lol.. who needed a lot more vital vitamins and nutrition.
