Wow! Amazing! Results like that speak for themselves, so yes, I'd love to get the ezine!
I am four years into menopause. The last year of my periods, I gained 10 pounds, and since then, I gained another 15, in spite of the fact that I make very healthy food choices and exercise regularly. I just completed a 30-day challenge at my yoga studio, doing 90 minutes of Bikram (hot) yoga every day for 30 days. Also, I kept my calorie count to about 1,000/day, and I took supplements to support metabolism and drank dieter's tea. I feel great, but my not-so-impressive weight loss result was 4-5 pounds - about one measly pound a week for all that work!! I still have 20 to go! There's gotta be a better way!
