how to trust again?

How do you trust again after you've been hurt so bad? do you ever pick up where you left off?

Well Yolanda from my personal experience I haven't and it has been 17 yrs since my husband cheated on me...you just get over it and I mean really over it...I don't really know what you have been through but believe me I have seen a lot...If you are starting over with someone else go slow real slow my mom told me once don't make any major decisions for at least 6mos a year would be better...I wished I would have listened to her :)

Thanks for your response, I decided to give it a shot with my boyfriend. i"m giving it all i got and taking it one day at a time. i'm still coping and trying to put it in the past...its very hard!
