Saturday October 24th @ Patterson Park family friendly charity walk (heels optional)

Join us for a Silly Shoes, Essay and Largest Team competition!
(section for youth & adults)

The First annual Heel-a-thon Gala will follow from 9pm-2am
@ The Fredrick Douglass Issac Myers Maritime Park.

Melissa! I so wish that I lived near you. I would love to participate in this event. I don't know if everyone realizes how widespread this criminal activity is! You are such a fabulous Diva!!!

Thank you! It's a problem that is really right under our nose, and one of the most looked over issues facing our community today. It's the 3rd most lucrative criminal activity in the US. Even effecting some as young as 12 or 13 and it's not their fault, yet society looks down on them as if this is their choice. Y.A.N.A. is offering them a support system so they can come out of that situation, have an education and a future without feeling like the "pimp" or "preditor" is their only means of survival. You're an awesome Diva! Thanks for helping me get me message out :-)
