I don't know what to do. Should i see a lawyer first. What are the laws in MA regarding distribution of property, assets etc. I am on SSDi for advanced degenerative disc disease. Am I entitled to alimony. Can I keep his medical insurance. I am currently going through rehab to get a lot of my function back...I hope. But, I was told it's going to be over 2 years of intense painful work and I have to start getting in better condition before i even start rehab. I am not in a wheelchair. However, I do have limitations and excrutiating pain at times. I can not go back to work.

You haven't given anyone much to go on too assist you in your time of need. We can't provide much resource for such an unclear thread/post. Perhaps seeking a lawyer is your best option since you'll have to go in details of your situation.
Good Luck.
How long ago did you find out about the cheating? How long has it been going on? Have you confronted him about it yet? These are some questions I would like to know before I would even suggest anything. Thanks and if you feel you would not like to answer these questions, I will certainly understand.

If you know someone who had a good divorce lawyer, contact that lawyer for a free consultation to get started. Every state is different so you need to make sure the lawyer is experienced. You may need to check the yellow pages or listings in your town on the internet to find one. Maybe your physician may be able to give you a contact. Choose wisely. Also, there's a site called Divorce360 that has some good info.
